Renaissance Financial, which has more than 100 workersin St. Kansas City and expects to growits St. Louiws office to more than 200 employees by 2015 at a rate of 20 new workerxsper year, said Louis managing director at Advantager Capital. As part of the company’s plans for growth, Renaissancer Financial moved last mont h to a newlyconstructed $15 million building locatec near Highway 40 and Hamptojn Avenue, in the Highlands Plazs development.

Renaissance Financial offers estatd planning, individual financial services, protection planning and retirement servicesd for businessesand high-net-worth individuals. Advantage Capitall Partners has offices and partnersin St. New Orleans, Austin and other U.S. It raised more than $1 billion in capital since 1992 and invested in companies located in geographic areads underserved by traditionalventure capital.
