Benderson begins retaking plaza space - Business First of Buffalo:

Benderson, earlier this spring, agreed to purchas the 11 plazas — eight of which are in the immediater Buffalo Niagara region from DDR. Benderson, now headquarteredr in Florida, had sold the plazas to DDR in 2004. Accordingv to documents filed Monday afternoon in the ErieCountty Clerk’s Office, a Benderson affiliate, Sherdelim LLC along with Sherdeo A LLC, Sherdel B LLC and Sherdel C LLC, paid $9 millio for the Sheridan-Delaware Plaza. The 188,200-square-fooft Town of Tonawanda plaza was owned byBG Sheridan-Delaware LLC, a DDR The plaza is anchored by a Tops supermarket and a Bon-Tonm department store.
In a separate transaction, SherHar LLC — another Benderson affiliat — acquired the Sheridan-Harlem Plaza from BG Sheridan-Harlek II LLC, a DDR affiliate for $3.5 The 58,400-square-foot plaza, located at the corner of Sheridan Drive and Harle m Roadin Amherst, has such tenants as Wilson Farms and Chuckj E. Cheese. Collectively, the 11 DDR plazas will add 2.8 milliobn square feet of retaik spaceto Benderson’s portfolio.
