Lombard St. Miteu is a real estate companhy formedby Gerry’s Tire which hopes to use the properth to expand its adjacent business. Mitey planss to use the 4,518-square-foot property in the shorgt term as a temporary parking lot for its busineses and would expand ontothe city-owned propertyt in the future.
